Job Description

We are hiring a Field Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience ,oversee field-level coordination with sales partners, ensure proper inventory handling, and implement machine safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing field operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities and communication with sales partners. Monitor and manage inventory movement and stock levels at field locations. Ensure all machines and equipment are operated and maintained as per safety guidelines. Conduct regular field visits to check operations, support teams, and resolve issues. Report field activities and performance updates to the operations team.

Requirements:

Prior experience in field supervision or sales coordination is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must own a two-wheeler for field travel. Basic knowledge of inventory practices and machine handling is an advantage. Good communication skills in the local language; basic English knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
