Field Supervisor
Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring staff availability and performance, and maintaining client satisfaction through site audits and issue resolution. This involves supervising staff, managing attendance and training, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, and handling day-to-day operational issues at various client sites.
Site operations and staff management
Supervise and coordinate: Oversee and coordinate daily operations, including staff deployment, attendance, and activities at client sites.
Recruit and train: Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a qualified and well-performing team.
Manage staff availability: Arrange for relievers for absences, leaves, or emergencies and maintain a pool of backup staff for contingency planning.
Monitor performance: Conduct site audits and quality control checks to ensure staff are performing according to service standards and that facilities are well-maintained
Requirements
1. Graduate with Minimum 2 to 5 yrs of Facility Management Exp
