to oversee and manage on-site activities for our ongoing and upcoming tenders/projects in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The role requires hands-on supervision of, vendor coordination, manpower handling, Public dealing, leadership skills and ensuring timely completion of work as per company and tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day field operations at project sites.
Ensure work execution as per tender specifications, safety standards, and quality parameters.
Manage and allocate manpower efficiently across sites.
Coordinate with team, public officers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and submit regular updates to management.
Inspect and verify work done against tender requirements and drawings.
Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid project delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
as a Field Supervisor / Site Supervisor (preferably in field work, or tender-based projects).
Strong knowledge of site management, manpower handling and tender documentation.
Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining documentation.
Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur.
