Field Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Assam and Nearby Areas

Salary

Starting from ?15,000 per month

Increment based on experience and performance

Minimum Age

25 years and above

Qualification

HS / Graduate or above

Experience

Minimum 1 year or more in field supervision, security operations, and marketing

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor deployed security guards at various client sites

Conduct regular site visits to ensure attendance, discipline, and proper uniform

Coordinate with clients to resolve any security-related concerns promptly

Maintain attendance, site inspection, and deployment reports

Ensure timely replacement or rotation of guards as per requirements

Handle emergencies and report incidents to management

Identify potential new clients and assist in promoting company services

Maintain strong communication between the office, clients, and field staff

Required Skills

Strong leadership and supervision skills

Good communication and interpersonal ability

Basic knowledge of security operations and client management

Marketing and client relationship skills

Negotiation and convincing ability

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
