ROLE OVERVIEW

The Field Staff will be responsible forsurvey,

on-ground implementation, monitoring, and community engagement

for the organisation's programmes across areas such as

nutrition, education, elderly care, skill development, relief work, and customised charity initiatives

.

This role requires

regular field travel

, direct interaction with beneficiaries, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered

efficiently, ethically, and with dignity

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Programme Implementation

Support day-to-day execution of assigned programmes at field locations Assist in distribution of meals, materials, relief supplies, or educational resources Ensure activities are carried out as per programme guidelines and timelines
2. Community Engagement

Liaise with local communities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and stakeholders Build trust and maintain respectful relationships with beneficiaries Address basic queries and escalate concerns to supervisors when required
3. Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of attendance, distributions, activities, and beneficiaries Collect basic data, photographs, and field updates as required Submit regular field reports to the reporting manager
4. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with kitchen teams, teachers, volunteers, and local partners Support logistics such as setting up venues, managing supplies, and basic documentation Assist during events, campaigns, and emergency relief operations
5. Compliance & Conduct

Follow organisational policies, child protection guidelines, and code of conduct Ensure dignity, safety, and confidentiality of beneficiaries at all times Represent the organisation responsibly in the field
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education:



Minimum: Class 12 pass Preferred: Graduate in Social Work / Humanities / related field

Experience:



0-3 years of field experience in an NGO or community-based organisation preferred Freshers with strong commitment to social work may apply
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in field conditions Sensitivity towards vulnerable communities Basic documentation and reporting skills Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours Familiarity with local language(s) is mandatory
