Roles & Responsilbilities:

Assessment:

Conduct home or site visits to evaluate women`s' living situations. Identify physical, emotional, and social needs.

Support and Advocacy:

Advocate for clients' rights and access to services. Help clients navigate social services, healthcare, housing, and legal systems.

Case Management:

Develop and implement service plans. Monitor client progress and update care plans as needed. Coordinate services across agencies (e.g., schools, clinics, legal aid).

Crisis Intervention:

Respond to emergency situations such as domestic violence, child neglect, or homelessness. Provide immediate support and refer to appropriate services.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and services provided. Prepare reports for supervisors, courts, or funding agencies.

Community Outreach:

Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders. Educate the public about available resources and support programs.

Counseling and Emotional Support:

Offer counseling or refer clients to mental health professionals. Support clients in developing coping strategies and decision-making skills.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Track outcomes to assess the effectiveness of interventions. Adjust strategies based on feedback and changing needs.
