Fortunes Enterprises is seeking an experienced

Field Service Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at various customer locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service requests and service calls at customer sites. Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery efficiently to minimize downtime. Install, test, and configure new equipment as required by the company and customer needs. Provide technical support and training. Manage inventory and tools carried on the field service vehicle. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with the technical team and share information to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in a relevant industry. Must own and use a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel to service locations. Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction. Physically fit to handle equipment and work in various environments. Valid driver's license and good knowledge of local routes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field. Familiarity with mobile tools and service automation software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
