We're currently seeking a

Field Service Technician

with technical expertise and a customer-first mindset to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, maintain, and repair

Thermax equipment

at customer sites Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Provide technical support and training to customers on Thermax systems Ensure accurate documentation of service work, site reports, and parts usage Coordinate with the service team and Thermax technical support as needed Uphold safety standards and adhere to company and OEM protocols

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering 1-3 years of field experience, preferably with boilers, water treatment systems, or industrial plant equipment. Freshers are also considered Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Familiarity with Thermax products is a

strong advantage

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Good communication and customer service skills
