Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Chennai. This role involves providing exceptional technical support for our products, visiting multiple sites for installations and maintenance, and assisting the sales team in enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Material Handling Equipment at various client sites.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
? Support the sales team by addressing customer queries and providing technical expertise during client interactions.
? Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, as needed.
? Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and provide reports to management.
? Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain high service standards.
? Stay updated on the latest product features and technical advancements to provide informed support.
? Travel to multiple client sites to ensure service coverage and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
? 2-5 years of experience in service engineering or a similar role.
? Strong technical knowledge of Material Handling Equipments.
? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and the sales team.
? Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to multiple sites.
