Install, assemble driving simulator systems at client sites
Provide basic user training and operational support to customers
Maintain service reports, installation checklists, and visit logs
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
Handle warranty and AMC related service activities
Support demo installations and trial runs when required
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Computer Hardware.
Problem solving and customer handling skills.
Travel Requirement :
Must be willing to travel extensively ( Local, outstation, and interstate )
Ability to stay at client locations for installation and service duration
Travel on short notice as per service requirements
