Job Description

Troubleshooting and repair:

Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on various printing devices.

Preventive maintenance:

Perform regular checks, cleaning, and calibration to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Installation and configuration:

Install and set up new printers and related equipment, including configuring network and software settings.

Inventory and supplies management:

Manage and maintain an inventory of parts, supplies, and consumables like ink and paper.

User support:

Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer-related problems and usage.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Collaboration:

Work with other IT or support teams to resolve complex or networked printing issues.

Continuous learning:

Stay updated on the latest printing technologies, software, and maintenance techniques.
