The Field Service Technician will be responsible for delivery, installing and repair of our products at customer sites.
This role requires willingness to travel ,strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Installation of our products.
Delivery:
Delivery of products to the customers.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering expert advice on equipment use and maintenance.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service visits, including time spent, parts used, and any issues encountered. Complete service reports and update the company's database as required.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and repair products.
Training:
Train customers on the proper use.
