Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment or systems at client locations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on customer service. The technician will travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly. Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections. Educate customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Complete service reports, documentation, and customer feedback forms accurately. Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service vehicle (if applicable). Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with technical support, engineering, or sales teams as needed. Respond to service calls and emergencies during or outside normal working hours (if required). Keep up-to-date with product training and technical developments.

Qualifications:

ITI Fitter, Electrical, Diploma. 6 Months - 1 year of experience in a similar field service or technical support role. Solid understanding of systems or equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Basic computer skills .
