Role Description

Provides advanced onsite break/fix support PC's, Printers. IP phone systems.

Aligns business needs to IT hardware and network capabilities. Supports business/sector specific infrastructure

and hands on activities of network and server infrastructure. Identifies opportunities to leverage and improve use of IT infrastructure. Provides improvement recommendations to optimize service delivery.

Contribution

Perform on-site, repair and/or installation of computers. Providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment. Performing general maintenance tasks and independently resolves complex problems, coordinates with other architect teams as and when required. Diagnosing hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Prepare and present the support matrix reports to the leadership team.

Communication

Good oral and written communications skills, possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain key processes and procedures. Communicate well in a team setting. Strong customer service skills.

Dimension

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred At least five years of experience and extensive knowledge in implementation, maintenance and support IT infrastructure. Excellent troubleshooting skills, Ability to multitask and work independently, Commitment to customer satisfaction.
