- Position Summary: Senior Service Engineer - Master care has a thorough understanding of all Mold-Masters products and is responsible for the effective Field service in the customer end. The incumbent will coordinate and communicate with the Returns and Repairs center\'s regarding status of work and regarding customer\'s requirements and solutions to existing product issues in their region. The incumbent is responsible for managing Field Associates effectively. Work You\'ll Do: Receive communication of new service order from Head-Manager-Master care and plan service / installation at customer end. Installation, programming and troubleshooting for all MM product offerings in the customer end. Manage the daily activities of the Technical Support staff which includes Master Care and Field Service teams, Prepare and send Daily reports / Weekly Reports to Head-Master care. Effective working relationships with sales agents by maintaining consistent and concise communication. Keep management informed of potential performance obstacles and offer possible solutions. Field Service requests for repairs and returns; coordinate with related companies on warranty and maintaining Mould History Card Team: Master Care is the global team which provides global technical support and service with aftermarket service professionals. Working diligently to ensure customer operation runs smoothly. Master CARE personnel are service partners that provide rapid global support with a range of services designed to maintain part quality, maximize uptime and minimize unscheduled interruptions. Basic Qualifications: Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Plastic engineering / CIPET/NTTF or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Candidate should have minimum 3 years\' experience in Hot runner handling, Service and maintenance. Should have thorough knowledge in plastic injection molding, processing, mold and Injection molding machine. Awareness of plastic material and its property is a must in terms of injection molding. Should be responsible for the effective Field service at the customer end. The incumbent should coordinate and communicate with the Returns and Repairs center\'s regarding status of work and regarding customer\'s requirements and solutions to existing product issues in their region. Candidate should have trouble shooting technic & skills to solve the issue at customer place. Should have good communication skill and should be ready to travel at different places.
