They ensure work progresses according to schedule and maintain strong customer relationships. The FSR serves as the company's representative in the field, addressing operational issues, offering solutions, and sometimes providing product training.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site technical support, equipment installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and customer issues.
Manage and document work progress through reports.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to company rules, safety regulations, and schedules.
Build and maintain trustful customer relationships.
Use mobile tools and field automation systems.
Operate vehicles safely for business purposes.
