An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates who have completed ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field, or who possess equivalent hands-on experience in these domains. The role requires extensive daily travel, covering approximately 100 to 200 kilometers, depending on service area assignments. Candidates should be capable of handling and successfully closing 8 to 10 service calls per day, which may include installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of swiping machines at various retail locations.
Key Competencies:
The role involves visiting retail stores located within the assigned district and nearby areas to provide maintenance and repair services for Pine Labs machines. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all payment devices and systems function smoothly and efficiently. The technician is expected to maintain high service standards while addressing machine-related errors promptly to minimize downtime for merchants.
