YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical field. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with PSS mobility devices, printers, scanners, or related technologies.
