Opening for ITI/ Diploma candidates

Experience- 2-6 years

ITI (RAC) or DME/ DEE ranging 3-10 years exp.

1. Attending AMC / CAMC calls within the stipulated time.
2. Attending breakdown calls, complete the task in time.
3. Commissioning of new chillers
4. Achieve spare targets and service business
5. Payment follow up to get our dues
6. Supervision of unloading & installation of chillers
7. Training to customers / operators.
8. Arranging suitable vendors / contractors for chiller erection / shut down jobs if required.
9. Proper handing over of site / Inquiries for Value added product
10. Technical support and to build a good rapport in team at branches
11. Technical solutions to customers / Visit to another branch
12. Adherence of company policies
13. Increase customer satisfaction level to convert this into business.
14. Collection of TDS, C-Forms and other certificates as and when required.
Note : More work is of trouble shooting, installation and commissioning of chillers nature and not operations & maintenance of chillers.
