Role Summary

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Manglam Techno's industrial equipment. Your technical expertise will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across field service assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning of systems and machinery at client sites.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Quickly diagnose technical issues and carry out effective repairs.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance to ensure high uptime and efficient operation.

Provide on-site and remote technical support, training, and product demonstrations.

Maintain detailed service documentation, including logs, reports, and parts requisitions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D) for product improvement feedback and customer-specific adaptations.

Uphold safety standards, ensuring safe handling of equipment during service operations.

Contribute to turnkey project execution, delivering end-to-end solutions where required.

The Service Engineer will support a broad portfolio of Manglam Techno products, including but not limited to:

Air Systems:

Air Compressors (High-pressure, Reciprocating, Screw)

Air Receivers / Storage Tanks

Compressed Air Dryers (Refrigerated; Air & Water Cooled)

Air Filters

Cooling & Chilling Equipment:

Industrial Water Chilling Plants / Water Chillers (Scroll, Screw, etc.)

Cooling Towers (FRP Wooden, Counterflow, Cross Flow)

Heat Exchangers - Shell & Tube, Plate

Gas Generation & Pressure Vessels:

PSA Nitrogen & Oxygen Generation Plants

Storage / Pressure Vessels

Turnkey Projects:

Complete system installations and custom-engineered integrated solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.

Experience:

0-3 years in field service, maintenance, or technical support (experience with industrial compressors, chillers, or pneumatic systems is a plus).

Technical Competence:

Understanding of electromechanical systems, pneumatic circuits, refrigeration cycles, and control panels.

Skilled use of diagnostic tools and instrumentation.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, customer-facing capability, and team collaboration.

Logistics:

Ability to travel frequently for on-site installations and service calls.
