Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Plasma)

We're looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to join our team in Gujarat. You'll be responsible for:

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with plasma cutting equipment and systems

- Performing repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure equipment functions optimally

- Interacting with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide technical support

- Demonstrating equipment usage to clients

- Providing on-site and remote technical assistance

- Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations

- Managing budgets for service projects

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electronics/Electricals/Mechtronics or BE

- 2-3 years of experience in plasma cutting equipment maintenance

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

Skills:

- Troubleshooting and diagnostics

- Repair and maintenance

- Customer interaction

- Documentation and record keeping

- Plasma cutting equipment maintenance

- CNC machines maintenance

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (gross)
