Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:

o Install, commission, and maintain battery systems for a variety of applications, including backup power systems, renewable energy storage, and critical infrastructure.

o Conduct regular preventive maintenance on battery systems, including testing, inspections, and performance checks.

o Ensure the proper installation of various types of battery systems, including lead-acid, lithium-ion, and other specialized battery technologies.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

o Diagnose and troubleshoot battery system issues on-site, identifying faults and providing effective solutions.

o Repair or replace faulty battery components, including batteries, chargers, and other related equipment.

o Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and provide long-term solutions to ensure system reliability.

Customer Support:

o Act as the main point of contact for customers during service visits, offering technical support and guidance as needed.

o Provide clients with recommendations on improving battery system efficiency, performance, and longevity.

o Conduct customer training on proper battery maintenance, handling, and safety procedures.

Documentation & Reporting:

o Complete service reports, including detailed descriptions of tasks performed, findings, and recommendations.

o Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory usage, and any parts or equipment used.

o Provide regular updates to management regarding service status and any challenges encountered.

Travel Requirements:

o This role requires travel to client sites for service calls, with potential overnight stays depending on location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
