Job Description

Responsibilities you will be responsible for:

Attending customer breakdown calls and completing preventive maintenance visits.*
Performing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of Kirloskar equipment.*
Preparing service reports, job cards, PM checklists and submitting them on time.*
Coordinating with Service Manager for spare parts, tools, and technical guidance.*
Ensuring safety standards as per Koel policy.*
Maintaining customer satisfaction during the Service calls.*
Supporting AMC renewals, spare parts identification, job completion and payment collection.*
Every Service request status and customer feedback detail updating to Service Co-ordinator on daily basis.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
