ROLE PURPOSE



Field support for the direct installations in the specified region.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS



Education Level:



Diploma in Engineering Freshers

Qualifications:





Up to 2 years experience in the industry

Key Responsibilities





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Machine installations in the regions allocated by the firm Train end users in banks and financial institutions on the various machine related functionalities Manage SLA Resolve technical issues of the installed units Get the service requests closed in time Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance Manage MIS & service reports


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



Preferably from Banking Automation Background.(Currency Processing Machines) Ability to resolve technical issues Client Interfacing Self motivated and responsible, with keen attention to detail Reasonable written and oral skills
