Key responsibilities

Installation and commissioning:

Install, set up, and commission new equipment and systems at client sites.

Maintenance and repair:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and complete repairs.

Troubleshooting:

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot complex problems that arise with equipment and systems.

Client support:

Train customers on equipment operation and best practices, and maintain positive client relationships.

Documentation:

Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.

Collaboration:

Work with other engineers and internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure project success.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant standards and protocols.
Essential skills

Strong technical knowledge of the specific equipment or systems being serviced. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Proficiency in mechanical and software/hardware systems. Ability to manage their own schedule and work independently.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
