On-site customer installation, service support, telephone support, hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IP CCTV, Access control and Fire alarm products.

To maintain healthy relationship with corporate customers.

Experience in Installation of Biometric Hardware and Application Troubleshooting of Biometric and Access Control DevicesBasic Networking, entering IP information in devicesMaintaining good relation with customers and channel partnersDiagnose and solve software and hardware issuesProviding technical assistance to clients and Maintaining necessary documents for customer interactions

Service engineer need to repair and service the Biometric Attendance, access control at customer locations across PAN India. Ready to travel for multiple locations across India for Installations & technical support.

Having good communication skills in English & Tamil

Engineering / Diploma / ITI candidates with field experience and knowledge about IP CCTV, Fire alarm and access control can apply for this Job.

Mobile & Travel Expense can be Reimbursed
