- Service Engineer (Material Handling Division)

Position Title: Service Engineer - Material Handling

Industry: Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Truck-Mounted Cranes, AWP)

Company Profile: We are the authorized dealers for Bobcat Forklifts, Palfinger Truck-Mounted Cranes, Zoomlion AWP, and Doosan Forklifts, providing end-to-end service solutions.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)

Experience: 2-5 years in material handling equipment service (freshers with ITI/DME may also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and carry out PDI for forklifts, AWPs, and truck-mounted cranes. Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Handle scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites. Support warranty claims with accurate service documentation. Provide operator training and safety guidance at customer locations. Maintain service logs, prepare reports, and update digital service records. Coordinate with the parts department for spares availability. Ensure adherence to OEM service standards and safety compliance.
Key Skills:

Technical expertise in hydraulics, transmissions, lifting systems, and electrical controls. Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Hands-on experience with tools and testing instruments. Ability to handle field service independently. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
