Job Summary

Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc. Turn Key Project execution at site Regular Preventive maintenance of customers Suitable in either of the following: Service or Turn Key Project execution

Responsibilities and Duties

Trouble shooting under guidance for Service Turn Key Project execution at a given Site for Projects Enquiry generation and business development

Qualifications and Skills

Education: ITI or Diploma No Engineering*
Previous job experience: Service of any mechanical Industrial equipment Technical skills: Hands on experience in servicing

Area Coverage:

Customer coverage from South Chennai to Chengalpet and till Thindivanam, Puducherry, and Cuddalore.
