Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment at our customers' sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commissioning: Commission electrical equipment at customers' sites, ensuring timely and successful startup.

2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical equipment issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

4. Repair: Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment components, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

6. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their electrical equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
