Role Summary
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and special purpose machines. The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, precision assembly skills, and familiarity with industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install and align mechanical components of semiconductor and custom automation equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
Diagnose faults related to motion systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and structural assemblies
Interpret mechanical drawings, assembly layouts, and BOMs
Conduct mechanical calibration and tolerance verification
Coordinate with electrical and software teams during multi-disciplinary installations
Document service activities, fault analysis, and resolution procedures
Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
