Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

POS Machine Field Service Engineer

to install, maintain, and repair

Point-of-Sale (POS) systems

at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and networking, along with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test POS systems, card readers, barcode scanners, and receipt printers at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to POS machines. Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades. Provide technical support and training to end-users on POS functionalities. Maintain service records and report issues promptly. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Travel to customer locations as required.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

hardware troubleshooting, networking, and software installation

. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Requirements:

Experience with

POS brands like Verifone, Ingenico, or NCR

, Hitachi, Postransact, Bill Box.
