The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Products in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This includes systems such as Toc analyzer, instruments, etc. The role ensures systems comply with cGMP and regulatory standards to maintain water quality critical to pharmaceutical production.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, start-up, and commission of the systems (e.g., Toc, Instruments). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems.
Calibrate and verify instrumentation such as TOC analyzers, conductivity meters etc. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Support and perform validation activities including FAT, DQ, IQ and OQ documentation and execution. Maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, WHO, and other applicable regulations.
Generate service and maintenance reports with detailed documentation.
Provide regular updates, escalation, and reporting to Reporting Manager regarding job status, challenges, and resource needs.
Maintain clear communication with Reporting Manager for planning schedules, spares, manpower, and client coordination.
Submit daily/weekly work reports and travel plans to Reporting Manager for review and approval.
Requirements:
BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Water Treatment / Water Quality
1-3 years of experience into purified water instruments and equipements
Sincere, Approchable and willingness to travel across the sites for north region.
