Required Skills
Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
Willingness to travel for service calls.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related office automation products.
Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability.
Respond to customer service calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate service reports and daily updates to the Service Coordinator.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and clear communication.
