We are looking for a skilled and energetic

Service Engineer

to join our technical team. The role involves providing on-site service, maintenance, and installation of computers, printers, and IT peripherals at client locations. This is a

field-based position

, and candidates

must have their own bike or scooter

for daily travel within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and service computers, printers, and related hardware. Conduct preventive maintenance visits and provide quick technical support. Diagnose hardware and networking issues effectively and resolve them in minimal time. Maintain detailed service records and report status updates to the supervisor. Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients. Follow company service protocols and escalate complex issues when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. Strong understanding of computer hardware, printers (laser/inkjet), and basic networking. 0-3 years of experience in field servicing or hardware support (freshers with good skills can apply). Must own a

two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary:

?10,000-?18,000 per month + Travel Allowance

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
