- Service Engineer

We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company. The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.

Service engineer roles and responsibilities

? Delivering services to customers effectively and on time

? Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance

? Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely System ? Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers

? Providing clear customer feedback

? Installing machines at clients' places

? Training clients in operating machines in correct way

? Troubleshooting problems in machines on site and on call

? Installation of equipment at the customer's location according to planning

? Preventive maintenance and calibration of the equipment as part of the customer's subscribed maintenance plans

? Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment when problem arise, via visits or virtual channels when possible

? Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely Qualifications and requirements for an Embedded Software Engineer

? B.E / B.Tech / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical /Electronics / Electrical Engineering

? Proficient in using PC

? Understanding and experience of using basic electrical equipment like Multimeter, soldering iron etc.

? Understanding and experience of using basic mechanical equipment like drilling machine, tapping tool etc

? An associate's degree in engineering or similar.

? Knowledge of 3D Printing Machine

? A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred

? A relevant certificate or license is advantageous

? Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking

? Team player with excellent time management abilities

? A valid driver's license and willingness to travel

? Excellent active listening and customer service skills

? The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed

? The ability to remain professional under pressure

? Superb work ethic and a growth mindset

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
