Experience:

Minimum Fresher or 1 year of experience, vending experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Trouble Shooting , Attending Customer Calls, Fault Finding, Rectifying The Machines, answering queries etc. Make Machine ready for Dispensing Servicing, Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance, Verifying Machine Operators Daily Cleaning Reports, Monthly Machine Servicing and Preventive Maintenance. Maintaining Relation, keeping good relation with the customer, be always available for caring customer problems. Supervision &Coordination, Coordination with Customers Admin, CREs, Sr. Engineer, Order Giving of Material/Receiving stock, Maintaining Stock, Consumption Report, Average Reports informing departments related to various works and getting the work done efficiently Training and Development, Train the Operator related: - Machine Cleaning, Preparation, Service, Behavior, Appearance, Cleanliness, Communication, Body Language, Personal Care and Safety etc. Demo & Installation Assistance, Arranging and Assisting at the time of Demonstrations and new installations Documentations, Calculations, Preparing and Maintaining of Spare Stock/Consumption etc. Work Reports- Self/Operators/Service Engineers, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Reports/ as per Customer Requirement and Requirement.

Required Skills:

Good Communication skills Go getter attitude. Customer relation. Good in written English. Team work & Coordination.
