Perform installation, commissioning, service, and calibration of equipment at customer sites.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in coordination with the Service Manager.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Provide technical training and support to customers' operators where required.
Act as the primary onsite representative, ensuring professional communication and customer relationship management.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during all service activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for spare parts planning, sourcing, and timely availability for service activities.
Escalate recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
