Job Title: Technical Field Service Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

? Gender: Male candidate preferred

? Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control

Engineering.

? Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Required Skill Set:

? Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Marathi

? Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good speed

and accuracy.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

? Strong email and verbal communication skills.

? Good understanding of basic concepts in Physics, Electronics, Electrical and

Mechanical Engineering, Measurement, Control Systems, and Engineering Drawings.

? Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical knowledge during the training period.

Job Responsibilities:

? Analyse and understand customer technical issues and requirements to recommend

suitable solutions or services

? Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone; maintain a daily log of

customer complaints and prepare reports

? Travel across India for site visits related to commissioning, installation, and repair of

products.

? Perform in-house and on-site troubleshooting and repair, testing of products;

prepare detailed service reports

? Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers for spares, site visits, and repair work

? Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure orders, negotiate terms, and

verify purchase orders (POs)

? Process POs in the system and coordinate with internal teams for order execution;

submit order acceptance and follow up on payments

? Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly service reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
