Job Title: Technical Field Service Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:


Gender: Male candidate preferred


Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control

Engineering.


Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.




Required Skill Set:


Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Marathi


Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good speed

and accuracy.


Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.


Strong email and verbal communication skills.


Good understanding of basic concepts in Physics, Electronics, Electrical and

Mechanical Engineering, Measurement, Control Systems, and Engineering Drawings.


Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical knowledge during the training period.

Job Responsibilities:


Analyse and understand customer technical issues and requirements to recommend

suitable solutions or services


Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone; maintain a daily log of

customer complaints and prepare reports


Travel across India for site visits related to commissioning, installation, and repair of

products.


Perform in-house and on-site troubleshooting and repair, testing of products;

prepare detailed service reports


Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers for spares, site visits, and repair work


Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure orders, negotiate terms, and

verify purchase orders (POs)


Process POs in the system and coordinate with internal teams for order execution;

submit order acceptance and follow up on payments


Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly service reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
