Job Description

Position:- Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibility:-

Attend Tool Box Meetings to plan and conclude days' work.

Installation, commissioning of Plant and machineries and systems in WWTP/WTP/WRP'

Installation and commissioning of all piping and valves systems, air compressor systems,

Maintenance of all equipment

Must take active part in IQ & OQ

Assist the Project Manager in completing IQ & OQ on time.

To assist Safety Officer in preparing RAMS till they are approved.

Supervise vendors who undertake installation jobs at site.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a part of Team.

Participate actively in Diageo Project Meetings when needed.

Ensure Safety Norms are followed.

Technical Skills:-

Good knowledge of piping layout, welding requirements, Mexican and Diageo welding standards, stress reliefs, air vents in piping lengths.

Knowledge of Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs of centrifugal and rotary pumps.

Knowledge of related machinery like air compressors and ETP equipment.

Preferred Experience in effluent treatment based on membrane or related technology.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Understanding Pneumatic air lines and valves, their installation aspects and commissioning.

Read and understand P&ID drawings.

Well versed in checking and verifying equipment foundation and alignments and matching the drawings.
