Maintenance and Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

Installation and Setup

: Assist in the installation and configuration of LED video wall systems.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure products meet quality standards during installation and after service.

Documentation and Reporting

: Maintain detailed records of service activities and prepare reports.

Customer Interaction

: Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and queries.

Collaboration and Communication

: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

?

Service Request Management

: Manage and prioritize customer service requests efficiently.

?

Preparation for On-Site Visit

: Ensure all tools, equipment, and parts are ready for site visits.

?

Issue Resolution

: Identify and resolve issues during on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction.

No Fear of Heights

: Confidently perform tasks at elevated locations as required.
