Job Description

Responsibilities you will be responsible for:

Attending customer breakdown calls and completing preventive maintenance visits.

Performing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of Kirloskar equipment.

Preparing service reports, job cards, PM checklists and submitting them on time.

Coordinating with Service Manager for spare parts, tools, and technical guidance.

Ensuring safety standards as per Koel policy.

Maintaining customer satisfaction during the Service calls.

Supporting AMC renewals, spare parts identification, job completion and payment collection.

Every Service request status and customer feedback detail updating to Service Co-ordinator on daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,500.98 - ₹15,000.33 per month
