We are looking for a Service Engineer / Technician with strong mechanical aptitude to join our field service team. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and hands-on mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities
?Install and commission lubrication systems at railway and client sites
?Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing of systems
?Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pumps, valves, piping, motors, etc.
?Read and interpret mechanical drawings and system layouts
?Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at project sites
?Prepare installation, service, and maintenance reports
?Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
?ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
?Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical service
?Experience in lubrication or hydraulic systems preferred
?Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals
?Strong problem-solving and hands-on field service skills.
Preferred Skills
?Experience with manual or automatic industrial lubrication systems
?Exposure to railway or infrastructure projects
?Basic electrical knowledge (added advantage)
?Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and reporting
?Valid driving license (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler).
