Job Description

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines at customer premises. The role also involves providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, training operators, and maintaining service documentation. The candidate should be technically competent, customer-focused, and willing to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission machines at customer sites. Diagnose technical issues and perform timely repairs or replacements. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits. Provide technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation. Coordinate with the technical team and spare parts division for support. Ensure adherence to safety standards during service execution. Support warranty and post-warranty service requirements. Provide feedback to R&D / Product team based on field performance. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
