Key Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, OS, desktops, laptops, and servers
LAN/WAN setup, structured cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, and VLAN configuration
Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR
Support for biometric attendance and access control systems
Server & storage support (Windows Server, NAS/SAN - basic)
Virtualization support (VMware, Hyper-V - basic)
AWS cloud support (EC2, storage, backup, monitoring - basic)
Printer and peripheral installation & troubleshooting
Cybersecurity support: antivirus, endpoint security, firewall policies
Preventive maintenance, system health checks, and upgrades
Vendor coordination, service documentation, and asset management
Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Technical Skills
Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
Certifications are an added advantage
Other Requirements
Willing to travel and relocate across Kerala
Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
