Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning:

Setting up new equipment and systems at customer locations.

Maintenance & Repair:

Performing routine checks, diagnosing problems, and executing complex repairs.

Customer Support:

Providing technical training, troubleshooting remotely (phone/remote access), and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Creating detailed service reports, repair logs, and maintaining accurate records.

Collaboration:

Working with sales, engineering, and product development teams to resolve issues and improve products.

Inventory Management:

Managing parts and tools needed for field service.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software) or a related technical field.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in hardware, software, electronics, and IT.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.

Other:

Ability to travel (often internationally), weekend/holiday availability, and knowledge of safety regulations.
