Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial painting and pumping equipment. Handle airless spray painting machines, pumps, paints, and chemical equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform repairs efficiently. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at client locations. Demonstrate machine operation and provide basic technical guidance to customers. Prepare service reports, job cards, and service completion documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and service planning. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures. Attend product and technical training sessions provided by the company. Maintain good customer relations and represent the company professionally at all sites.
Required Skills & Qualities:

Diploma / ITI / Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred). Willingness to travel to customer sites as required. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new equipment and technologies. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability. Honest, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.
Training:

Complete technical and product training will be provided by the company.

Employees are entitled to two paid holidays per month without providing any reason. From the third holiday onwards, leave will be permitted only in case of emergency, supported with valid proof; and , salary deduction will be applicable. Yearly bonus will be provided based on company policy and individual performance. Performance evaluation will be conducted periodically, and salary increments will be awarded accordingly. Working days Monday to Saturday. Either the company or the employee must provide a one-month prior notice before termination or resignation.
