We are looking for a

Service Engineer

to support installation, servicing, and calibration of analytical instruments across customer sites in the Gujarat region. The role involves hands-on technical work, travel, and direct interaction with customers in industrial and laboratory environments.

Our instruments are manufactured by leading global companies based in the USA, UK, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, and other countries, and are used in quality control and R&D applications across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of analytical instruments at customer locations. Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing to ensure reliable instrument performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues. Provide on-site technical support and respond to customer service calls in a timely manner. Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and related documentation. Coordinate with overseas principals for technical support and escalations when required. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service activities, calibration results, and technical explanations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing electronic or analytical instruments. Strong knowledge of electronics and instrumentation. Willingness to travel frequently within the region. Good communication skills in English and Gujarati (verbal and written). Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
