Set up and operate slitting machines as per job specifications.
Adjust machine settings such as tension, alignment, and blade spacing.
Monitor the slitting process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Inspect finished rolls for quality, size, and defects.
Ensure materials are cut according to customer specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report major faults.
Maintain production records, labels, and documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
