SERVICE ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 Years

SALARY BUDGET:

?15,000 - ?30,000 (In-hand)

QUALIFICATION:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

LOCATION:

Training in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (6-12 months), then field service across South India.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated

Service Engineer

with hands-on experience in

service, maintenance, or production departments

, specifically with

Stretch Blow PET Moulding Machines

. The candidate will undergo structured training and will later be responsible for travelling to client sites across South India for service support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Machines. Conduct regular service visits and preventive maintenance at client locations. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain documentation of service reports, spare parts usage, and machine performance. Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and ensure smooth customer support. Provide on-site training and guidance to client operators when required. Travel across South India based on service requirements.

REQUIRED SKILS & EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or production roles. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with Stretch Blow PET Moulding Machines is highly preferred. Must have a proactive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

TRAINING DETAILS

The selected candidate must stay in

Ahmedabad for 6 months to 1 year

for detailed machine and process training.
