We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer/Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of our smart touch switches and related automation products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth product performance, provide on-site and remote support to customers, and maintain the company's reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and commission
smart touch switches
and related smart home devices at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to
electrical wiring, network connectivity (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth), and software integration
.
Provide on-site service visits for
repairs, replacements, and maintenance
.
Coordinate with the production and R&D teams to report
product defects, customer feedback, and service trends
.
Educate customers on
product operation, app connectivity, and best usage practices
.
Maintain
service logs, warranty records, and spare part usage reports
.
Ensure
timely response
to service requests and uphold customer satisfaction standards.
Assist in
testing and quality checks
of products before dispatch, when required.
Provide
technical support over phone, email, or remote access tools
when on-site visits aren't needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
